Position Summary:
We are looking for a full time enthusiastic and self-motivated IT Support Officer to provide support for our IT department.

Key responsibilities include:

•Providing first and second line IT support on site for all troubleshooting requirements.

• providing IT support for The BabyNest staff and parents.

• Exploring and creating various ways to enhance our e-learning resources for children between the ages of 2 and 5.

• Providing In-house support to the IT team.
